Deal Podiatry is a private podiatry clinic located at 87 Blenheim Road, Deal, Kent, CT14 7DE. Our clinicians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of the Royal College of Podiatry. By booking an appointment or using our services you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse an appointment if we consider it necessary to do so in the interests of patient safety or clinical appropriateness.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may be unable to offer you the full appointment time, and you may still be charged the full consultation fee.
3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the full appointment fee.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in us being unable to offer future bookings.
4. Fees & Payment
Our current fees are published on the Pricing page. Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cheques.
We accept referrals from most major private health insurers. It is your responsibility to confirm your entitlement with your insurer before your appointment, and to obtain any required authorisation number. We cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurer.
5. Clinical Responsibility
Our podiatrists will exercise reasonable professional skill and care in delivering treatment. All advice and treatment is provided based on the information available at the time of consultation. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical history and medication information.
If you are unhappy with the treatment you have received, please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to resolve your concerns. We take all complaints seriously and operate a formal complaints procedure.
6. Home Visits
Home visits are available at the discretion of the treating podiatrist. Additional charges apply - please see our Pricing page for details. We reserve the right to decline a home visit where we consider it clinically inappropriate or where the environment does not allow safe treatment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties and representations whether express or implied.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
