Heel Pain
Heel pain is one of the most common presentations in podiatry. Whether caused by plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or Sever's disease in children, our podiatrists diagnose and treat the root cause.

Flat Feet (Pes Planus)
Flat feet occur when the arch of the foot collapses. This can cause pain in the feet, ankles, knees, and hips. We provide orthotics, exercise programmes, and footwear advice.

Metatarsalgia
Ball-of-foot pain caused by excessive pressure on the metatarsal heads. Treatable with padding, orthotics, footwear modifications, and in some cases onward referral.

Achilles Tendinopathy
Degeneration or inflammation of the Achilles tendon causing pain and stiffness at the back of the heel. We offer loading programmes, biomechanical correction, and orthotics.

Knee & Hip Pain
Abnormal foot mechanics can transfer stress upwards, contributing to knee, hip, and lower-back pain. Addressing the foot with orthotics and gait correction can provide significant relief.

Leg Length Discrepancy
Even a small difference in leg length can cause compensatory changes in gait leading to pain throughout the lower limb. Heel raises and orthotics can correct the imbalance.

Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis of the foot and ankle causes joint stiffness, swelling, and pain. Podiatry can help manage symptoms with orthotics, footwear advice, and activity modification.

Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis frequently affects the feet, causing joint deformity and pain. Regular podiatry reviews help protect vulnerable joints and maintain mobility.

Paediatric Podiatry
Children's foot and leg conditions including flat feet, in-toeing, out-toeing, growing pains, and Sever's disease. Early intervention supports healthy musculoskeletal development.

Ingrown Toenails
Ingrown toenails cause significant pain and can quickly become infected. We offer conservative nail care, nail bracing, and permanent nail surgery under local anaesthetic.

Bunions (Hallux Valgus)
A bony deformity at the base of the big toe causing pain, swelling, and secondary toe problems. Podiatry management with orthotics and footwear advice can relieve symptoms and slow progression.
